What happened to the old CNAhire.com? ▾
We were running on a third-party SaaS platform that relied on scraped job data. We shut that down and rebuilt from scratch on a purpose-built stack — employer-verified listings only. Your previous signup carries over automatically.
How does the Job Slot work exactly? ▾
A Job Slot is a persistent listing in your regional sub-market. You own that slot for as long as you're subscribed. You can update the position title, pay, schedule, or requirements at any time — you're not paying per posting, you're paying for a permanent presence in your market.
Do I need both a Job Slot and a Company Page? ▾
Not required, but we recommend pairing them. The Company Page builds trust — it lets candidates see your culture, photos, and benefits before they apply. Facilities with Company Pages consistently see stronger application quality. You can start with a Job Slot and add a page later.
What does it mean if my region hits its cap? ▾
Each sub-market caps at 50 Job Slots and 10 Company Pages. When a region fills, new employers go on a waitlist. This keeps results clean for job seekers and ensures your listing doesn't get buried — scarcity is a feature, not a bug.
How do the giveaway drawings work for job seekers? ▾
Every active job seeker account is entered automatically — no action required. Monthly drawings are held on the last business day of each month. The Holiday Drawing (1st place $100, 2nd place $50 — Amazon or Walmart, winner's choice) is held in mid-December. Winners are contacted by email. No purchase necessary. See Official Rules below.
When do you plan to go live? ▾

Will RN and LPN roles be listed on CNAhire? ▾
At launch we're focused exclusively on CNA, PCT, and HHA roles — the hardest-to-fill frontline positions. RN and LPN will be added as a separate tier in year two. We'd rather do one thing right than spread thin.
